Do I need an account to place an order?
We recommend you to log in first before you order to make it easy for return.
However, you don’t need a stripe account to place the order. Understand what information your customers need to pay with Stripe. The answer is no! Customers simply need a debit or credit card in order to pay. Payment with Stripe is a very simply process, and customers can just use their mobile phone number to pay in subsequent transactions (if they choose!)

How Can I Return a Product?
Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us within 7 days. Couple of things regarding upcycled denim bags : You still have 7 days to return i, but labels need to be intact as It contains denim origin.
And for upcycled denim product, It can be little different from the picture when you recieve as the recycled and reusable pairs of jeans has all different colours, thickness and textures like a limited edition so you should understand when you purchase that It is the sustainable upcycled product.
However, We have a high standardized quality control system, so you wouldn’t be surprised too much. Please bear in mind that the upcycled product can be slightly different by each product when you receive it. Packaging must be unopened. Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase.
You can only exchange & return when it has faulty products late deliveries and being overcharged if the price wasn’t set beforehand.
We can not do the refund, repair, replance if the customer change minds, breaks it accidenttlly or on purpose, doesn’t follow the advice, ex washing instructions and takes it elsewhere to be fixed before coming to us.

Our Full Price and Excess styles can be returned within 7 days, The same goes for Accessories that are unworn and in their original packaging. Returns can be made at our shop locations only.
