We are doing made to order, Normally, It takes 30days of making. we do shipping through EMS, The shipping will take 1-2 weeks

Shipping fees are different by each every country, Please check when you buy.

Our Return Policy

 Returns or exchanges are on us within 7 days for free of charge. However, we must know the reason of return and exchanging beforehand. (Contact us : hellocheongba.g@gmail.com)

Couple of things regarding upcycled denim bags : You still have 7 days to mull it over, but labels need to be intact which is written with denim origin. For upcycled denim product, Every single unique upcycled denim bag will be different as It is made to order by your request and the recycled and reusable pairs of jeans has all different colors, thickness and textures like a limited edition so changing mind wouldn’t be a reason for Return & Exchanges even within the 7 days. It has to have obvious reason – Please let us know as we want to listen!

Packaging must be new as unopened packages. Returns/exchanges shipping fee has to be charged by customer after 14 days of product delivery date and only give gift card will be granted for the Cheong Ba-G website.

You can only exchange & return when it has faulty products, late deliveries and being overcharged if the price wasn’t set beforehand.

We can not do the refund, repair, replace if the customer change minds, breaks it accidently or on purpose, doesn’t follow the advice, ex washing instructions and takes it elsewhere to be fixed before coming to us. 

Store Return Policy

Our Full Price and Excess styles can be returned within 14 days after you received. Tracking number can count the days of purchasing and receiving. Same goes for Accessories that are unworn and in their original packaging. .

You purchased Recycled + Upgraded Denim product.  (Must contact us before return!)

Therefore, the product will have it’s own uniqueness. Please bear in mind! 😀

After receiving, 7days free of charge return (If obvious problem in it), After 14 days possible return – Only Gift card from Cheong Ba-G will be granted to the customers (Shipping fee will be charged)

We do high standardized quality control with system, so you might only see a good surprise with upcycled product ! Packaging must be unopened. 

Sometimes, the product will have real damages but it’s not common. Please let us know before you request for refund or return. (Must have contacted to us beforehand as we want to hear from you the story as well!) – If haven’t contacted to us beforehand, we will charge for shipping fee.

Changing mind wouldn’t be a reason for return or exchange as it will be customized from your order as made to order. However, we are posting a real product as it is if we have some stocks. As we do ‘Made to order’ by your request with favorite color, each every denim bag will have uniqueness. You will receive recycled and reusable = Upcycled pairs of jeans with all different condition and colors, thickness and textures like a limited edition so please understand when you purchase it as It is the sustainable upcycled product. 

After 30 days of product receiving, It will be considered as A/S. After 3years of purchasing, There is no A/S as It might be used a lot OR worn out. Remember it is upcycled product 😀 

However, We do believe the denim  always has got a beautiful unique, vintage story in it for very long as long as you want. We might consider discount gift card if you still want to continue to buy a new product.
